Here is our XJ chassis stiffener set. Made from 7ga mild steel (3/16"), these are CNC cut, then cleaned up and bent all in-house for quality control.
"J" shaped profile with an inner bend to contour the the factory unibody and add strength
Slots all along the outside for welding to the unibody
single outer bend allows for side and bottom to be connected all the way back to the leaf spring mount
factory unibody holes are cut out in the stiffeners
Professional installation required - grinding, utilizing weld-thru primer, welding thick-to-thin, and careful attention to alignment are all necessary for installation
