Replacement Intake Hat -to- Throttle Body gasket. 3D Printed from TPU material. Replaces GM part Numbers 15998532, 15998577, 25147204, 25147235. Fits 4.3L Vortec engines and possibly some 5.7L / 5.0L v8 engines as well.
Designed to sit with a flat top into the plastic intake hat, and has a protruding rounded bottom to seal against the throttle body. Also has two levels of rounded protrusions to seal the vertical faces together on the inside diameter of the hat and outside diameter of the throttle body.
I added form a gasket sealer to the plastic cover installed seal let set up in place. Other that it was a perfect replacement. You can't find let alone do what these folks did. CFM. The Best
Absolutely, 100% satisfied. The old one was a dry rotted and chunks falling down into the throttle body. Very impressed with the polyurethane construction, nice tight fit. My truck runs better than it has since I bought it 6 months ago. I'll be keeping an eye out for any other products from your company I may need!!!
