Got a 1998-2004 S10 with some broken door handles? Well, we've got the fix for you! If your door handles aren't being held tight to the inner door anymore, it's likely that the plastic around the factory bolts has broken off. It happened to our shop S10 Blazer so we decided to design a fix for it!
Here they are - thick plastic (solid, PETG material) 3D printed, and ready to epoxy into place in your existing door handle. In order to install these, you will need to remove your door handle(s), clean, scuff, re-clean, and epoxy them into place. Once the epoxy is dry, you will bolt them back in place with the factory bolts - which you will need to grind or cut off some of the factory washer on one bolt per side (see pics!)
